POLICY
Our goal is to provide timely care to all our patients and to respect not only the veterinarian’s time but also the constraints of a tightly booked schedule. If you must cancel your appointment, we request a call at least 24 hours before your pet’s appointment. This allows us to accommodate other patients who may need prompt medical care
Unlike most businesses, we do not charge a convenience fee when clients use debit/credit cards.
A Walk-in fee of $55 will be charged at the discretion of Dr. McDermott.
We do not take Care Credit at this time.
PROCEDURE
Appointment must be canceled at least 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice could be subject to a fee of $55 charge. We understand that extenuating circumstances arise; please discuss this with a member of our team, and our doctor or other manager will take this into consideration.
If the client arrives late to their appointment and cannot be seen by the veterinarian on the same day, they will be rescheduled for a future clinic visit, if available.
If one (1) no-show occurs it will be noted in the client’s account. Before the next appointment, the client will be required to pre-pay the exam fee ($55) for any future appointments.
Work-ins will be charged an additional $55 and will only be seen if time allows after/between scheduled appointments of other clients. Tech work-ins will be charged a $25 additional fee and no access to a veterinarian will be available.
NEW CLIENTS
If the client arrives late to their appointment, in excess of 30 minutes, they are subject to being rescheduled for a future visit, if available. Should this happen at the next appointment, the client forfeits their right to future bookings.
If two (2) no-shows occur, the client forfeits their right to any future appointment bookings.
New patients will NOT be allowed as a walk-in.
New clients will need to prepay the exam fee ($55) before their first visit.
