Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication: Greet pet owners warmly, answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide general information about services.
Check-In & Check-Out: Register pets for appointments, update client records, process payments, and schedule follow-ups.
Administrative Duties: Maintain patient files, handle data entry, and ensure accurate documentation of treatments and medical history.
Coordination with Veterinary Team: Relay messages between clients and veterinarians, prepare exam rooms, and assist in organizing daily schedules.
Customer Support: Address client concerns, provide information on pet care, and offer guidance on clinic policies.
Handling Transactions: Process payments, manage invoices, and assist with insurance paperwork if applicable.
